MANAGING THE HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND BENEFITS. An opportunity for someone with a background in HR systems and benefits to take on a role which offers a good deal of autonomy in managing and administering the firm’s HR systems.
The firm in question is one of the City’s most impressive international law firms, large enough to have achieved a global spread, but with 450 staff in London, they are still able to offer a ‘local feel’ and the opportunity for the successful candidate to join a firm where individuals are important and their personal input is valued.
The role is all about monitoring and reviewing existing systems, undertaking research and evaluation of new alternatives, helping with change management plans and managing and deploying upgrades and enhancements. Responsible for the firms benefits, Coordinating and administering the Firm’s benefits schemes.
