IT HELPDESK ANALYST 1ST AND 2ND LINE. It’s a good time to join this 1000 strong Central London law firm, it has undergone substantial growth in recent years, and is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT Dept, to play an important role in the smooth running of their IT services.

The role holder will be joining a sociable and supportive team who all look out for each other, and will be involved in such issues as ensuring equipment and accounts are opened for new joiners, and closed for leavers, relocating equipment when necessary, deploying mobile phones and applications, installing new hardware and software, and providing user friendly first and second line support to staff throughout the firm.

Experience within a legal IT department preferred
