An opportunity for an L&D/HR specialist who is passionate about their work, and would enjoy taking on a role in one of the City’s most successful boutique law firms.

They are offering the opportunity to enjoy exposure to just about every aspect of the Learning and Development function, from meeting stakeholders to asses L&D needs, to researching and organising training workshops, covering all arrangements including suppliers and trainers, conference rooms, technology, equipment, catering and materials.

This role is ideal for someone with a good knowledge of learning management and intranet software, who would enjoy bringing their creativity to the role, designing web pages, producing and editing video and written content, and building relationships with people both within the firm and external parties who contribute to the Learning and Development process.
